Return & Refund Policy
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, size issues, or incorrect ordering.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly make it right.
Damages, Defects, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us at support@leftlanerehab.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can evaluate and resolve it promptly.
If the issue is confirmed, we will issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
Because our items are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size or fit
- Buyer's remorse
- Sale items or gift cards
Refunds
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
